These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Miscellaneous
 

• Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement.

• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

• No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.

• Notices: We may provide notices by email or posting on the Site.
