Kathleen has served as Head of Marine & Terminal Operations at HMM America Shipping Agency. This is where she held full P&L responsibility and led large-scale operational teams across international ocean export and marine terminal activities. She consistently delivered multi-million-dollar cost savings, optimized performance through Lean initiatives and advanced KPI analytics, and built high-performing, engaged teams. Her leadership was recognized in the feature article "HMM America: The Ocean Carrier of Choice" (North America Outlook Magazine, January 2025), where she was highlighted as only the second woman in history of the transportation industry to run a Marine Division for a global container carrier.

Dwayne A. DePrizio serves as Chief Operating Officer at Lunisis Consulting Experts LLC, bringing more than 40 years of deep, hands-on expertise in warehousing, railroad operations, yard management, and logistics execution.
With a rare combination of frontline operational experience and leadership acumen, Dwayne has progressed through every level of the supply chain, from warehouse operations and forklift work in refrigerated and dry environments to rail yard hostler/spotter roles and large-scale transportation coordination. His career spans iconic organizations including BNSF Railway, Estes, Certified Grocers, and multiple distribution leaders across the Chicagoland and national markets.
As COO of Lunisis, Dwayne provides practical, results-focused advisory and operational support to logistics, transportation, and warehousing organizations. He specializes in optimizing yard and terminal operations, improving on-time performance, enhancing carrier and asset utilization, implementing KPI frameworks, and driving cost reduction, all while strengthening team performance and operational discipline.
Known for his hands-on leadership style, Dwayne excels at bridging labor and management perspectives. A former Teamsters and AIM Union member who advanced rapidly into supervisory and training roles by age 21, he brings authentic credibility and a deep understanding of both operational realities and workforce dynamics. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, implementing sustainable process improvements, and helping organizations achieve greater efficiency, safety, and profitability.

With a keen eye for talent and operational insight, Graham supports the firm’s recruitment and industry analysis efforts. He leverages his practical experience across warehousing, logistics, and fast-paced service operations to identify and connect to qualified professionals who see a need for driving results in transportation, supply chain, and logistics roles. His ability to quickly understand client needs and assess fit helps ensure efficient, high-quality placements that align with organizational goals.
Graham’s background includes progressive roles in retail operations, food service, and customer-facing logistics, where he demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
